Michel Bouzereau(from vines planted in 1955 that usually produce 3 barrels; note that today most domaines declare Les Aussy as Les Roncerets). Here the nose suffers from a bit of post bottling reduction though there is good freshness and verve to the finer, and more intricately detailed, medium weight flavors that conclude in a dusty and slightly raspy if reasonably persistent finish. As the description suggests, this is somewhat awkward though I suspect this is more

The exceptions are the Baroli Voerzio bottled only in magnums (Sarmassa and Vecchie Viti dei Capalot e delle Brunate)

with outstanding finishing persistence and only a hint of sweet tannins
