I created a custom bezel setting for the stone with a highly polished sterling silver backing behind it

and hammered by hand for dimension then tumble polished to reflect the light beautifully

I wanted this pendant to be tall enough for a chain to slip into it so I used heavy sterling silver walls and drilled a large hole in each side
