Louis Jadot (Duc Magenta), Puligny Montrachet Garenne(from a parcel owned by Domaine Duc de Magenta). A smoky nose features notes of petrol, mineral reduction and super fresh green apple scents. The rich and solidly concentrated medium bodied flavors also flash a pungent minerality that adds a sense of lift to the youthfully austere and sneaky long finish that is even more tightly coiled. This is potentially outstanding though at least some patience is strongly advised.

The definition and precision here are simply stupendous for Savigny
