It displays perfumed and flamboyant tones of fresh lilacs and violets with a ferrous undertone and coconut hints
They harvested the grapes quite late looking for noble rot in early December (but they only got a very small percentage)
nicely dry and lingering finale
and black fruits galore soars from the glass of this amazing wine
saline and aromatic finish with ripe and stewed stone fruit aromas on the aftertaste
It will be interesting to see where things go in the coming years
now complemented by hints of iodine
cherry liqueur and floral pastille flavors that open up steadily on the back half
The wine is then aged for 22 months in French oak
