Felted top hat with leaves - 23”Every year I do a limited amount of felted hats. Every each of them is unique and had is own personality. This particular one is made of my favorite colors. It is adorned with 7 leaves with free motion stitching. Hand stitching around the top edge and some curls for texture. Merino, Some tencel and silk. It is on the firm side of felted hats. this hat will suit medium heads ~ it measures 23 and will fits heads with 22 to 23" head circumference. model
