Jonata, Todos(78% syrah, 8% sangiovese, 5% merlot, 3% cabernet sauvignon and 1% each of viognier, grenache, cabernet franc, petit verdot, sauvignon blanc and semillon "todos", indeed; 50% new French oak), Deep ruby. High pitched aromas of cherry, candied violet, cracked pepper and incense. Rich and seamless in texture, offering alluringly sweet flavors of cherry compote, vanilla, dark chocolate and floral pastilles. The smooth, persistent finish is distinguished

The bouquet impeccably follows the Nebbiolo playlist with a filigree of wild fruit layered into aniseed

while the addition of 16% Roberta's Merlot helps fill out the mid-palate beautifully
