House of Hafner TBA Welschriesling EssenciaHouse of Hafner's "Essencia" is made from Welschriesling grape (an ancient variety of white grape, unrelated to the Rhine Riesling) It's a 2002 vintage and is, again, an innovation. This is the FIRST KOSHER Essencia and again is one of the best noble sweet wines in the world. TBA wines are produced of completely, botrytised and raisin like berries with a natural sugar content of a minimum of 30 % (mostly 35 % and in TBA Essencia) and even up to 40 %
