It was distilled all the way back in 1978, when Bee Gees Night Fever was number one in the charts, just to give you a feel. Then, it was aged in refill American oak barrels before it was treated to a finishing period in six Manzanilla sherry casks over 100 years old from Delgado Zuleta, one of Jerez's oldest sherry producers.
