Otherwise there is slightly better intensity to the noticeably finer medium weight flavors that possess fine delineation on the lingering and firm but not rustic finale. the deep garnet-purple colored 2014 Thorevilos Proprietary Red has a very meaty nose with charcuterie

The 2010 LApparita is a pure expression of Merlot with bold fruit nuances of cherry and black fruit at the core

green fruit and mineral reduction-suffused aromas

This is structured and indisputably built-to-age but it’s not especially austere or rustic

Really mature and fun

2010 is a great vintage

But whereas I tend to think of the mineral character promoted by Kirchspiel especially in a vintage with high acidity as conducive to severity and austerity

velvety and cool on the finish

though it keeps the elegant style

This is also markedly ripe though with a different fruit profile as here it is more white than yellow with its aromas of pear liqueur

the Paleo Rosso is plump
