Description
SOLD……A set of six, squat mother of pearl reels / spools. c 1860A set of six pearl reels with brass stems and pearl bases. The tops are in the shape of a flower and there is a round central knob on each. They are unusual in that they are quite squat ( please see measurements ) and that the bases screw into the brass stems. They are all in good condition no damage. Tops and bases are 3 cm in diameter. Height 3. 5cm including the knob. Stock no. KP10

11 x 6 x 4 cm with the swing handle bringing the height to 10cm
edged with gold thread holding leaves of matching cloth stuck with needles

An emery cushion housed in a silver filigree basket dating to the first part of the 19th century circa 1800
