CELTIC STAG BLACK NGUNIStriking and definitely our most popular cantle. The iconic HIGHLAND STAG with never ending CELTIC KNOTWORK surround and a pair of shields on the arms. The BLACK NGUNI is either a short haired or longer haired, more rugged hide that looks terrific with many lighter coloured tartans In these pictures, we have the generic HEBRIDEAN HEATHER and the second, MACLEOD OF HARRIS ANCIENT Our leather colour backings can vary across the spectrum to best tie in

the rarer BLACK SPRINGBOK

Here featured with a lighter shade knotted strap and Turk's head tassel in tanned kudu hide

especially in the mid-colour to light range

with lighter grey hide showing through under a nickel silver bell

This latter variant is more costly

Knotted flat 'barrel' tassels and Turk's head detailing in the fine tanned two tone finish

These seem to be gaining in popularity as no two are ever the same

recognised since Medieval times - with a fine pair of cut-through never-ending CELTIC KNOTWORK panels and typical embossed TARGE or shields
