Older plants may offset. They look like little feathers. Flowers are pink. Not difficult to grow, but is more fussy than a lot of Mammillarias and is a slow grower. In particular it is sensitive to overwatering, especially in the winter. Keep on the dry side an you should be ok. Protect from frost.
