Hosta 'Granny's Smile'[M] This seedling of 'Granny's Rouge' comes from Jari Hynninen of Finland. 'Grannys Smile' has narrow, dark green leaves atop bright red petioles that will remind you of grandma's flashy red lipstick. The pointed foliage is semi glossy and quite wavy. Hosta 'Grannys Smile' is a vigorous grower that forms a fairly upright clump full of motion. This granny has a lot of pep in her step! (J. Hynninen)
