Craven Chardonnay

Craven ChardonnayThe Craven chardonnay is made by husband and wife winemakers Mick and Jeanine Craven. After travelling the world and working in various vineyards they returned back to South Africa in Stellenbosch to create stellar wines. Their chardonnay full bodied with notes of tart, fresh apples and a slight vanilla note however it is only present on the nose and not the palate.

It is fermented gently with native yeasts and ages in French oak barrels for 5 months

Chairman’s Reserve White is a unique blend of aged and unaged pot and column distilled rums

Stellum Black Bourbon is the result of incorporating reserve barrels from their stocks with the original Stellum Bourbon blend
