So it comes at no surprise that Bakers Bourbon is a subsidiary of Beam Suntory. It is one of their four small batch series Bourbons, all of which are highly rated, delicious, and pack a unique character. This Mahogany colored dram is aged for 7 years and comes out of the bottle at 53. 5% ABV (107 proof). The strength fits the dram like glue but it does go well with some ice.
