SNS and NNN bindings clip easily on the profile's binding bar. Any Nordic ski fits as the profile's wings are adjustable from a jr. ski up to the longest adult skis. The bench is perfect for rilling and hard hand brushing. The form segment can be mounted to an existing workbench or the very sturdy & foldable 'legs' segment.
