The locket has a number of hallmarks indicating the piece was marked in Birmingham in 1901 from 9ct gold

The earrings are set in garnet gold a lower grade of gold used extensively during this period

It produced high quality costume jewellery throughout the 1950's and 1960's

The design is make up using strips of purple chanel set rhinestones and mother of pearl set in silver tone metal
