With a light and airy look

At some point the carpet was given a softening wash

the bottom section of the painting has some cracks and some white discoloration

there are some portions of the metal that are broken (like a couple of latches on the bottom that are missing and hence

Vintage circa 1920's (perhaps older) with a funny handwritten note on the back

Lovely piece in the right rustic type of setting

Some minor oxidation and goldening to paper

it was cut in weird way and some brown paper is attached to bottom corners
