The tunic is private purchase and of a high quality, produced in field grey wool. It is very clean, with minor wear and a few very small holes. In the model 1944 there were only two pockets as seen here. Each is plain with straight flaps. There is a six button closure and all buttons are the late war blue grey type in pebbled metal.
