During its 24 months of aging

It's rounded out quite nicely with a hint of spice from the white pepper

juicy fruit notes and Syrah grapes provide depth and a slight spice

this ale was aged in bourbon barrels with dulce de leche

and soft melon

allspice and ginger along with the delicious sweet and tangy flavor of golden pineapple
