Description
Savagnin ’En Quatre Vis’ 2023Savagnin grapes from 1958 vineyard in Cesancey, grown on white marl with a limestone topsoil. Direct press before fermentation, followed by ageing 11 months in 225 liter old oak barrels, before bottling. No sulphur added.
We have left this Pétillant Naturel on its lees for a little more than a year
