Many dendrites resemble tree branches or bolts of lightning but in this one it resembles a bug with wings

65 pounds and are each approximately 5” tall

I have taken many hours to shape this piece into a  beautiful piece of art polished on the top and three sides with the back showing the original shape and texture of the piece

This is a specimen piece of Jasper from the Beers Mine near Rufus Oregon that I dug in August 2022

and average between 3 and 5 inches with a maximum size of 10 inches

peach half is approximately 2-1/2” x 2-1/2”

Coprolite is rare due to it decaying rapidly with conditions needing to be just right to allow it to fossilize
