SOLD………A set of 8 small silver buttons. c1900-1910Eight small decorative, pierced silver buttons. They are unmarked but do test as sterling silver. 2cm in diameter In excellent condition. Stock no. LD15
In excellent condition- no damage and the spring action works properly
A silver emery holder from a Georgian sewing box
A pierced and carved vegetable ivory thimble case with a Stanhope in the handle
The pearl is in good condition with no damage and the blade is the full length and has a good snap to it
The spring action on both is good and the silver cover on the spring is decorated with steps and cross hatching

There are no marks but the black spot pastes date it to circa 1800

The hall marks are for London date letter U 1895 by SF maker (Samuel Foskett)
base diameter 18mm
The two halves are joined by a green silk ribbon and there are matching ties
They are unusual in that they are quite squat ( please see measurements ) and that the bases screw into the brass stems
