Laurent Family Vineyard "Polemico" PaisVina Laurent is a project of Damient Laurent of Chateau l'Escart in Bordeaux. His Chilean wife Lorena introduced him the unique terroir of Chile and they decided to explore the wonderful diversity of soil and grape variety of Chile. Pais is their calling card, made from vines planted in 1880's, this shows textbook pais character while avoiding off flavors pais can sometimes produce.
