Our Billet 2 piece cover has had months of design work and testing. Our design allows easy clutch changes without disturbing the gasket or removal of the footrest bracket, and kick starter lever. Machined from billets of 6082 T6 grade to our usual exacting standards Supplied with new gear change and kick starter
manufactured in 6AL4V Grade 5 titanium for ultimate high strength
resisting water whilst retaining a tacky feel
to enable the fitment of 43mm dia forks to the 1978-80 CR 250 and 1979-80 CR125
No need for expensive one offs
Excellent anti-wear characteristics coupled with low metal to metal friction values help reduce pitting and wear of gear teeth
