Three out of the four barrels were aged in Dietsville, 3rd floor. The last barrel (sample #11) was from Bardstown, 3rd floor. After tasting the flight of samples, the decision was quick and unanimous sample #11 was the clear winner. Yes, it's not a barrel proof selection those are sadly not available in NY thanks to draconian regulations
