L ‘O2 Vigne 2012From Chenin Blanc grown on a mixture of clay and cysts. 47 years old. Fermentation with whole bunch press. Oxidized and aged under flor for about 60 months without illage. The name comes from the fact that the oxidatively aged scent and the scent of fruits are united together and are associated with eau de vie. Only the high quality part of white grapes was extracted.
