Materials needed: If using Charm Squares (5" squares): (50) navy blue 5" squares (182) light valued 5" squares (168) medium valued 5" squares 1 1 2 yards of outer border fabric 2 3 yard of binding fabric 7 1 2 yards of backing fabric or 2 2 3 yards of wide back fabric If using yardage: 2 1 2 yards of navy fabric (1 yard for the center of the quilt and 1 1 2 yards for the outer border) 3 1 4 yards of light
