I very much like the sense of energy to the well-detailed and solidly concentrated broad-shouldered flavors that also need to develop more depth but the underlying material is present such that this should be able to add complexity
plus a hint of sweet butter
This is suffused by minerality and this coupled with the superb detail confers a precise but not austere character to the flavors and finish
black olive and blackberries
This is a Bonnes Mares of refinement and finesse that should age well on a base of balance
