Heimat Barrel Finished CranberryFrom a family run Cranberry farm in Northern NY. This cranberry liqueur once completed was then put into an Ex Bourbon barrel for 12 months. On the nose is a vivacious cranberry expression coupled with sweet notes of oak and vanilla. Through to the palate those aromas following tempered with a subtle acidity.
Aged in new charred barrels and finished in local chardonnay casks
