Our photos couldn't do it justice! It is our understanding that it was sold in small quantities only in the Japanese market. We acquired the watch in Tokyo. When we scoured the internet we could only find two others besides a previous one we owned (though we're not suggesting that only four pieces exist). Powering the watch is

a previous restoration done in a different style than what we have seen on other examples - we do not know if it is original Patek Philippe or not

Bands: Original Cartier band that is nearly new with original solid 18K gold Cartier deployment buckle

running well in all five chronometer testing positions

the same style as often came on vintage Cartier Tanks

It winds very smoothly and its chronometer movement has been continues to keep excellent time
