We call them blocks because they are moulded into a container so you end up with a solid block of raw sugar free chocolate which is stone ground to give it a smooth and rich natural cacao flavour. All our koko products are made in small batches in our little West Auckland roastery using premium organic Pacific cocoa beans from Samoa, Vanuatu, The Solomon Islands, and Papua New Guinea.
