The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin

humus and a whiff of pepper

it strides confidently out of the glass with a profound nose of blackberry pie

This vintage had 28 months in 80% American and 20% Balkan oak

but all the elements are impeccably balanced throughout

I would not push my luck too much further here

This should be excellent in time though note well that it’s going to need at least 5 years and reward up to 10
