This is a rather unusual and not often seen species of Urchin in the hobby. This species of urchin is a substrate sandbed burrowing species, which is why it is rarely seen in the wild as well as in the home aquaria. The urchin spends its days shifting through the substrate sandbed eating all types of macrofauna,
