Gonzalez Byass AB Amontillado SherryVia AB is a youthful Amontillado that has undergone both flor and oxidative aging. Its exposure to oxygen has imparted a lovely light amber hue. The nose is understated and refined, with traditional Palomino scents of hazelnut and a subtle hint of yeast from its time under the flor. The 12 years spent in cask have added nuanced oak elements to the palate, which is refreshing and well balanced. The finish is long and leaves a pleasant hint of saltiness
