Coup de Jus - Zeus 2023The Coup de Jus vintages are produced by the Marnes Blanches trade. Zeus is made from Grenache vinified in whole bunches. Vinification and aging are carried out in barrels for 10 months.
this means using only the grapes planted in Cerro Las Monjas in the 1980s
lieu-dit Les Molates (as per the chardonnay)
With the Elegance glass
This is a rosé with a deeper and more rich aromatic profile
Then the wine is aged in wooden barrels for about one year
Appearance: Uncomplicated with White flowers and Raspberries
Aged in 10 to 20 year-old 228 liter barrels
honey and white flowers
bottled in the following spring
Les Moyens du Bord 2024
then submerged in fermenting Grenache juice and pressed immediately
but all different blends
