The gemstone measures 9mm, and is beautifully faceted to optimize the light that is reflected back to you. Each gem weighs approximately 2 cts depending on the depth of the culet. This setting is a split shank design and has a glorious twisted rope band that wraps gently around the stone and your finger. I use 100% recycled tarnish resistant sterling
