2018 Bindi Darshan Pinot Noir 750mlIt's a rare pleasure to have a wine or two that we hold for over five years, allowing us to assess many bottles over time and truly savor and contemplate them. Usually, wines are grown, made, bottled, and sold within 15 to 18 months. However, with Darshan and Block 8, we've had the chance to observe numerous bottles, gaining a deeper understanding of the vineyards, the seasons, and their unique characteristics, which has been a delightful experience.

All batches are destemmed and lightly crushed and then naturally fermented with wild indigenous yeasts in small open fermenters

Aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak for 18 to 20 months
