We've had to drill countersunk bolts out in the past and can't say we were happy about it

Installation is simple

Material: Made of 1/4 inch thick steel

if you have an aftermarket exhaust header that goes under your engine or transmission

Finish: Grey color to match the underside of most soft tops

Then they're finished in an environmentally-friendly and durable black powder coating

Our off-road testing showed that these engine/transmission skid plates help you get over obstacles by eliminating the "shovel effect" of the factory transfer case skid plate
