This has an extra dimension of depth relative to the Morey 1ers but otherwise

painfully young Cristal that will require considerable patience

and there was a touch of soy sauce right at the end

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon starts off dry and cedary

Though actually in this wine the balance between richness and acidity sees about right
