Of oval form with an ornate pierced and reeded gallery, that is also repeated for the bottle holders. Features two cut glass bottles, one for pounce and a dip pen bottle. In good condition with glass losses and chips, mainly to one of the bottles. Surface wear is moderate to high and commensurate with age. Most wear is on the main surface of the inkstand. Warm copper

There are further compartments either side of the bottle holders for storing dip pens
