MT. DEFIANCE SMOKED VIRGINIA WHISKEYOur smoked whiskey is made from a mash of Corn, Wheat, and Malted Barley. A high corn mash bill lends flavors of caramel, sweet corn, and minerality. This combines with the smoothness of wheat and hints of malted barley to create a truly unique whiskey.
