The silk is very light reflective so colors will change a bit depending of the lighting situation. size 22 3 5 very easy to wear hat. photos shows the same hatjust worn different ways. Beret measures 22 3 4 inside circumference. Made to be worn sitting on your head like a normal beret no pins necessary. Fits
