68-72 Chevelle HT (700R4)This cross member is made of 1. 5 OD heavy wall, D. O. M tubing. It measures 55. 25" long and is designed and fabricated exclusively for 1968 thru 1972 Chevelle Hard Tops. This cross member is used to correctly position the installation of your 700R4 applications without having to modify the stock frame. This cross member will fit around most exhaust systems, but in some cases the exhaust may need to be modified. This cross member is easy to install

The stock shifter will need to be modified at our shop then this modified shifter will mount directly to our custom bracket in the exact stock hole location
