Odd and uncommon the Xerosicyos danguyi is a climbing succulent native to the island of Madagascar

Emerging growth has a vibrant pink hue before changing to it's natural green as it matures

They bloom readily with vibrant colors hence their name

This is Macodes petola which is commonly known as the lighting orchid for its super electric green foliage

mainly because it doesn't even look like a Begonia and looks more like a fern

This species in particular twists as it grows upwards standing out among other cereus species

These do best in a bright indirect light out of direct sun
