Antique Diamond heart locket, 9ct gold, pendantA sweet little antique diamond heart pendant. It is a hollow puffy style heart with heavy engraved borders and a smooth polished centre, the centre of the heart features a single gypsy it star set, rose cut diamond. It has a locket back, currently holding a tiny miniature print and it has no glazed cover, could easily be removed to store your own tiny photograph or keepsake.
