Fabien Jouves "You F&@k My Wine?!"Fabien Jouves produces innovative natural wines in the very traditional appellation of Cahors, near the French border with Spain. This wine, with a very memorable name, is a blend of the classic Malbec with some very obscure local "heirloom" varieties. A streak of black pepper and dark floral tones with juicy black fruit flavors. Nice with a chill!

Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately in a 200 liter copper still before being blended together
