This was the first of the single-vineyard wines from Brovia released this year that I tasted in a flight meant to increase in intensity
grapefruit and vanilla notes
This is an excellent candidate for long cellaring
This should age well
Chewy and impressively concentrated
menthol and dark spices shape the huge finish
backward and firmly structured effort will need at least 6 to 8 years to add flesh and complexity and will likely require fully 15+ years to reveal its full potential
incense and smoky Indian spices
Taylor's was and is always one of my benchmarks for what a Port should taste and smell like
this is a real success
the ’14 Clos des Epeneaux should still make for a lovely wine
