It'll securely carry one CAT or SOFTT W tourniquet and a permanent marker decompression needle chemlight. The TQ Hanger can be mounted to any plate carrier, 2 piece belt, or chest rig Velcro surface. The Velcro section is sewn on with two separate stitches. It's designed to be cut down to a 2"x4" section for use on belts or other roles where the full 4"x4" field is
